Embark on a weekend filled with relaxation and adventure at Brian Head Resort. Situated at an elevation of nearly 10,000 feet, this resort is renowned for its stunning views and extensive ski slopes. With a variety of activities available in town, guests can enjoy options like snowmobiling, engaging in snow sports, pampering with a massage, or simply unwinding at the cabin. The package includes meals, and a professional photographer will be present to capture all the memorable moments.

    $150 per person deposit due upon booking (balance due 60 days before departure)

    *OurSundays has the right to cancel any trip that does not meet our person minimum; we will communicate if the trip is cancelled 30 days before the start of trip.

  • Cancellation fees will be applied per cabin attendee according to the following schedule, based on the date we receive your written notification:

    Cancellations initiated by the participant received via email to OurSundays with more than 60 days notice before the adventure start date will receive their deposit as a credit to be used towards future adventures with OurSundays. The credit expires 1 year after being issued. Any additional amount paid after the credit will be refunded to cabin attendee.

    Cancellations initiated by the cabin attendee received via email to OurSundays with 30 - 60 days notice before the cabin trip start date will forfeit their deposit as a cancellation fee. Any subsequent payments can be held on file as a credit to be used towards future adventures with OurSundays. The credit expires 1 year after being issued.

    Cancellations initiated by the participant received in writing to OurSundays with less than 30 days notice before the adventure start date will forfeit all monies (deposit and any subsequent payments) as a cancellation fee.

    No refunds will be provided for any reason for an unused portion of an adventure once the adventure begins, including if you leave the cabin for any reason or have to be removed from a the cabin. The cabin trip price is a package cost and refunds and credits are not available for services not used.

    There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family or medical emergencies or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this and other reasons, we encourage you to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance and travel protection (i.e., travel medical insurance and emergency evacuation services).

    OurSundays is not responsible for expenses incurred by Participants in preparing for a trip (eg. nonrefundable advance purchase air tickets, equipment, etc.) or for any additional arrangements pre- or post-departure date. The term applies whether the adventure is altered, modified, or cancelled by us or by you for any reason. Because the tour may be cancelled when a minimum number of Participants have not signed up, we recommend that you either purchase refundable air tickets or wait until we have confirmed with you approximately 60 days prior to the tour that we have a sufficient number of Participants.
